Join us for a gentle yoga flow to wind down from your Monday

In this two hour workshop, we will learn the art of tasseography, tea leaf reading. This divination method is carried out by interpreting the shapes of loose tea leaves in your cup. We will briefly cover the history of the practice, and teach you how to read the leaves for yourself. Every participant will be provided a print out of common shapes, a tea cup, and loose leaf tea. We encourage participants to bring a notebook and pencil.

Teresa will prepare us a sacred cup of cacao and share a bit about the healing and heart opening properties of this plant. We will tap into the energies of this year’s Harvest Full Moon as we approach the fall equinox before we journey together through meditation followed by a healing sound bath led by Teresa.

Bring a mug, blanket or meditation pillow if you have one, a journal and pen and anything else you feel called to bring to be comfortable. We will have a few extras available as well!
